Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be booked at least 24hours in advance. This ensures availability and allows us to prepare for your visit. Appointments will be confirmed via SMS or email. Please ensure your contact details are up to date. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 6 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service. This will be treated as a last-minute cancellation. Home service appointments are flexible but must still adhere to our advance booking and cancellation policies. A fee of NGN5000 is charged extra. Please inform us of any special requests or accommodations needed at the time of booking. We will do our best to meet your needs. Thank you for choosing our services.
